Of course, We always ensure a meet and greet is carried out before any dog walking or drop in visits takes place. These visits allow us to meet you but most importantly your pet.
The walk time will be as long as you have booked, however this could be longer than the allocated time, due to collection and drop offs if you have booked a group walk.
All walks will be in a safe and stimulating environment, where your dog can run, play and explore. Some of my favourite walks include The Levels, Quantocks, Kings Cliff, Wych Lodge and of course the beach!
We walk a maximum of 6 dogs at any one time.
Yes, dogs are only let off lead once the owner gives written consent and once we have an established bond and they have good recall.
Yes this is all part of the service.
No, lots of my clients provide me with a key or have a key safe on their property which allows me to collect and drop off while you are out. All keys are marked with a code, there is no identification to you or your house. All keys are kept in a secure locked safe when not in use. We are also CRB checked for peace of mind.
All dogs travel in fully ventilated, individual bespoke crates in my Mitsubishi L200. Inside a fresh bowl of water and a filled Kong toy is provided to keep your dog happy and content whilst being transported.
We have the facilities to shower off and towel dry all dogs before they are returned home.
No, We use all our own leads, treats, poo bags etc. Unless you would prefer us to use your own.
Invoices are sent out on the last day of each month, with payment required within 7 days. Payment options include Direct Debit, Bank Transfer or cash.
